Simple, Fair Pricing

I offer straightforward website help without long-term contracts or hidden fees.

Whether you need a small fix or a quick update, you’ll always know what to expect before we begin.

How It Works

Free Initial Assessment

Before any work begins, we’ll have a short call or email exchange (about 15 minutes) to understand your needs. If I can help, we move forward. If not, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction—no charge.

Upfront Agreement

I'll give you my best estimate of the time required. If we decide to proceed, you’ll agree to a 30-minute minimum charge ($40). If the work takes longer, time is billed in 15-minute increments at $80/hour. If it turns out my best estimate was way short, I'll stop work and let you know. You can also set a maximum time cap to stay within budget.

  • Help with updates, content edits, small fixes, training, and more
  • Simple, flat monthly fee—no surprises

💡 Unused time doesn’t carry over—just like a massage or gym membership. Keeps things simple.
👉 Perfect for business owners who want peace of mind without paying agency rates.

Fast & Easy Payment

Payment is due upfront before work begins. I accept credit card payments. If the work goes beyond the initial 30 minutes, additional time is billed at the end.
For repeat customers, I may offer the option to pay on completion via invoice.

What If the Issue Can’t Be Fixed?

If I determine early on that your issue isn’t fixable within a reasonable timeframe, you won’t be charged beyond the minimum. If I attempt the fix but can’t resolve it, you still pay for the time spent.

A Quick Note About Liability

I take great care when working on websites, but by using my services, you agree to a reasonable limitation of liability:

  • My total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific work done.
  • I’m not responsible for indirect damages (like lost profits, downtime, or data loss).
  • This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This helps keep things fair and transparent for both of us while allowing me to provide affordable website help.
